FAQ
When and how should I book?
If you are looking for a weekend slot I would recommend at least 6-8 weeks in advance as these slots get booked up the fastest. For weekdays slots at least 3 weeks. Please get in touch with your desired date and I will provide you with my closest availability. Once we agree on a date and time I will send through the invoice for your deposit, which is needed to secure the slot. Without paying a deposit I cannot reserve a slot. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session - I accept cash, bank transfers and card/credit card payments.
How and when do I choose my themes? or Dresses?
On my website you can find all available themes and outfits. I request screenshots of your choices, to be sent over ideally 2 weeks prior to the session to allow time to organise everything for your date.
What do I need to bring with me?
MATERNITY sessions - all you need is some nude underwear and if you wish to bring along and use any personalised outfits or accessories, you are very welcome to do so.
NEWBORN sessions - if baby is bottle fed, please bring some extra milk as they get hungrier during sessions. Make sure you have extra nappies and clothes as well, just in case. If baby uses a dummy please bring it along.
CAKE SMASH sessions - some of their favourite snacks, which we would use to get them started with the cake if they need some extra help and a towel for the bath splash at the end.
How do I receive my images?
A week after the session you will receive the link to your Online Proof Gallery from which you will be able to choose your photos for edit. Once you are done with your selection I will need around 2 weeks to edit and organise your download link. With this link you will be able to download the images in full resolution.
What if my baby has allergies?
Please let us know as soon as possible what allergies your little one has and the baker will use the appropriate ingredients in the cake. The Cake is baked by a professional baker and I take no responsability over it's content or any side effects caused by eating it.
Do you provide hair and make up?
YES :) I work with a team of experienced hair and make up artists to provide the best experience possible. You can include Hair and Make up with any sessions - for an extra charge of £100 ( which would offer you 3 extra FREE digital images on top of your chosen package)
What is the pre-session consultation?
The pre - session consultation is done either via email or phone when we discuss all your questions, ideas and theme/set up choices. On the day of your session I will have everything organised and ready for your arrival.
